Just now, I uninstalled my VAIO Care on my PC because it can't work properly. So, how can I get it back again? Thank you.

It doesn't matter if you uninstalled the application or not, because it's always available for downloading from the Sony Support page. They offer all the original applications plus their updates, drivers and their updates, manuals, etc.
Access the following link, then expand the Vaio Care category. In that category, simply scroll down and locate the original package. Download and install it and then apply the available updates. Since the updates are provided in a combo package, it's not necessary to apply all the updates, only the latest one is recommended.

I've encountered the same issue with my VAIO laptop as well, but for me it turned out the battery was dead and the battery checker application keep displaying notifications that battery was in critical condition. The first thing to do is to reinstall the application. If you receive the same notifications and you know the battery is good,m go to Programs and Features in Control Panel and remove that add-on and that's it. Sometimes various things related to your components are reported incorrectly, that's why the issues and notifications.
Make sure to ask for a second opinion on a local SONY store.

Windows creates an Administrator user for when you have problems. This means that you can change the password to your account by booting into Safe Mode. To do this, restart the laptop and then continuously press F8 until the Service menu appears. Select Safe Mode and proceed. You will be presented with the logon screen. Select the other Administrator user then go to Start > Control panel > User Accounts and Family Safety > User accounts , select the username you want to change and change its name or password. Reboot the computer and log-in with your new password.
I recently unintentionally unistalled Vaio Care on my VPCEB1M1E. I have two questions now:
Can I get it back somewhere?
Do I have to expect any substantial negative consequences now that I don't have Vaio Care anymore?

There are several things that you can do to solve this problem. You can try to uninstall and then install the application again. Also, it is advised that you download and install it from the following official web page.
Also, you can restore your system to a point where the VAIO Care software is still working. If none of these suggestions works, you can try to perform a Drive Recovery for your C: drive. By doing this, you will wipe all your data from the hard drive bringing it to the factory condition.
